Pat MacElvain read a letter written by Col. Larry Adair and Major George Bloom requesting to be allowed to be present at Squadron 92 booster Club meetings. Gold Country Fair is the Booster Clubs major fund Raising for the year. Major MacElvain gave a brief explantion of the event and the different jobs that the Cadets and parents do at the fair. He told us that parents and cadets needed to sign up for 14 hours of work. A sheet was passed around to fill in shifts at the fair.

  • Tina Lugo will be unable to chair the committee that supplies food for our workers at the fair. Pat asked if anyone would be willing to fill this position.
  • Carrie Schnetz is going to loan the Squadron her familys tent trailer and pop-up shades for our headquarters at the fair.
  • Bill Wetzle clarified that it was not necessary to be a Booster Club Member, Cadet or a Senior Member to help at the fair. All volunteers would be welcome. Clothing for the event should be casual with Hats and sunscreen.
